CRM and website implemented

The project

The client (STEMPOINT) needed to consolidate on a single platform from where the charity could manage day-to-day customer relationship management (CRM) activities and edit a website as and when required.

The Client

STEMPOINT started off in 1984 as a Science and Technology Regional Office (SATRO) - one of 50 around the UK and became a registered charity (number 1094254) and company limited by guarantee (number 4466571) in 2002, when they known as SETPOINT Hertfordshire.

They recently rebranded as STEMPOINT, a name which indicates the mission to point the way to STEM careers.

A small, dedicated team work on the various initiatives that support educators and pupils. Their aim has always been simple – to inspire more young people to enjoy and take up subjects and career opportunities in STEM.

Website

The team at Branue have delivered a website on HubSpot; this is a migration from a WordPress website. STEMPOINT can now make edits when needed through the easy-to-access platform (HubSpot).

On the CRM side of things

Chat inbound via the website will be routed to individuals providing support to site visitors.

STEMPOINT have now consolidated their companies (includes schools for example) and contacts into HubSpot which Branue completed for them: a move from team-members working on their own spreadsheets to the whole team having visibility of the complete shared database; this is an area where HubSpot excels.

Deals will represent funding opportunities so having the ability to not only track these and share visibility to the team also associating them to relevant companies and contacts will ensure pipeline opportunities are easily monitored.

Existing forms have been replicated in HubSpot which can be used to associate existing/new data from submissions - perhaps via the website or an existing channel - to companies, contacts and tickets.

Reports are limited on HubSpot Starter however the Sales dashboard has proven useful for STEMPOINT for example the report ‘Team activities by activity date’ where users can easily see the latest activities by colleagues and click-through to those activities; useful for their continued adoption of HubSpot.

Marketing opportunities

The client has been introduced to other areas they can utilise on HubSpot Starter such as emails and landing pages areas in which Branue is well-versed in HubSpot (and a range of other providers).
